Ekkora Holding ("Ekkora", "we") is based in The Hague and can be reached at info@ekkora.nl. This statement covers ekkora.nl. For the Ekkora QA service, the Ekkora QA privacy statement applies. We process as little personal data as possible and never sell data to third parties.

What data we process

• Email. The contact form sends nothing through this website: it opens your own mail app. If you email us, we process your name, email address and message in order to reply.
• Appointments (Calendly). If you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email address and chosen time. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany/EU) briefly records technical data such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no external fonts.

Purpose and legal basis

Only to handle your question or appointment and to secure our systems (legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract, Art. 6 GDPR).

Retention

We keep email as long as needed to handle it, and at most two years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@ekkora.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We may update this statement. The current version is always on this page.
